Introduction
The Impersonate feature allows System Admins to interact with their Kepion environment as if they were a different user. For example, a System Admin might want to test if they have set up a user's access, permissions, and workflows properly. The System Admin can impersonate that user to view the latter's exact Kepion instance.
Impersonate
1. Select your name in the top navigation.
2. Select Impersonate.
3. Select either User or Custom from the Type drop-down and enter a Name accordingly.
User: To impersonate an actual user in your domain.
Custom: To impersonate a non-domain user (e.g., a test user created in Kepion).
4. Select OK.
You should see the impersonated user's context of Kepion.
Tip: You can impersonate a different user by selecting the User Profile drop-down and then Impersonate.
Stop Impersonation
1. Select your name in the top navigation.
2. Select Stop Impersonation.
You should see Kepion from your context.
