Introduction
Kepion supports email notifications for advanced workflows to inform users of any App changes relevant to their workflow role. In this article, we will show you to edit and enable your email notifications for your Apps.
Note: If you have not configured email notifications, refer to this article for instructions.
Configure Templates
Go to Administrator > Notification.
You should see a preview of the email notification.
You can select the Submit, Approve, Recall, and Reject workflow actions to see the default messages for each action.
Using the Message Template dropdown, you can change the language of the default messages to English, Chinese (Simplified), or Spanish.
Alternatively, you can select Custom from the dropdown to edit the template and craft your own message for each workflow action.
Use the system placeholders on the right to dynamically inject system variables (e.g., the current user or a link to the plan). Select the Save icon () when you are done making changes.

Enable Email Notifications
To enable email notifications for your Apps:
1. Select the target App.
2. Select the Notification checkbox.
Note: Ensure you go to User & Group and select AD Sync to bring in user emails using Azure/Active Directory.
