Introduction
The Azure Users node allows system admins to add Azure users and remove them from Kepion through your Azure Active Directory.

Navigation
Follow the steps below to go to the Azure Users node.
Note: To see the Azure Users node, the Azure Identity Provider (AIP) must be enabled. Within the AIP, the Enterprise Application ID and the App Registration ID should have valid global unique identifier (GUID) values. Learn more.
Go to System > Azure Users.
You will land on this page:
View Azure users
You should see a list of all your Azure users. The column values provide key information about each user.
Columns | Description |
---|---|
Name | The name of the Azure user. |
The email of the Azure user. | |
Azure Object ID | The unique value that identifies an Azure user. |
Manage Azure users
The Azure Users node offers the following actions to manage your Azure users.

Add
Add an Azure user.
Remove
Removes the selected Azure user(s) from Kepion.
Refresh
Refreshes the Azure user list to reflect the current metadata on your server.
Edit name
Edit the name of the Azure user used within Kepion.
1. Hover over the user and select the Edit icon ().
2. Enter a new name.
3. Select Save.
