File stores overview

Introduction

You can configure file stores for users to securely share files on dashboards. On the File Stores node, application modelers can view and manage an application's file stores.

Navigation

Follow the steps below to go to the File Stores node. 

1. Go to Modeler and select an application. 

2. Expand Application and go to File Stores. 

You will land on this page:

View file stores

Upon reaching this node, you will see a list of an application's file stores. The columns provide key information about each file store.

Manage file stores

You can take the following actions to manage an application's file stores:

Add

Add a file store. 

Remove

Removes the selected file store(s)

Import

Import a JSON file as a file store.

Export

Export a file store as a JSON file.
