Symptom
When posting data and/or running a Rule in a Dashboard page, you receive a timeout error (HttpRequestTimeOutWithoutDetail):
Resolution
The error occurs because the Dashboard is taking longer than the system setting to run the SQL Rule. By default, the timeout setting for Rules is 600 seconds.
1. Go to the target Application in the Modeler.
2. Find the affected Model and select the SQL Rule (e.g., Load Location).
3. Click Edit and go to Advanced.
4. Enter a new value in the Command timeout (seconds) field.
5. Click Save.
