Introduction
It’s simple to reverse the order of how a Hierarchy is displayed on a Kepion Form. You just need to check the Reverse option in the Layout tab. But if you want to reverse a Hierarchy in an Excel PivotTable, it's a bit more complicated. Follow this procedure to learn how to do so.
Example
If you want to display the whole Hierarchy in the reverse order, you will need to explicitly expand all Hierarchy Members. We've only expanded a few in this example for simplicity.
2. Go to PivotTable Analyze > Fields, Items, & Sets > Create Set Based on Row Items.
3. Use the Up and Down buttons to re-order the set.
4. Un-check Display Items from different levels in separate fields.
5. Click OK to finish.
The PivotTable will use the set you just created. However, you will lose the expand/collapse capability. You will also need to manually indent the row/column labels.
