There are instances where showing the aggregated totals in a form isn't necessary, such as when you have a row of percentage rates. In these situations, you can hide aggregated values in a form using Cell Attributes.
For instance, in the example below we would like to hide the Taxes % and Interest % rate aggregations from the last column of the form. To do so, you can select any of the cells that intersect with the Taxes % member and right-click. Select Add Cell Attributes from the drop-down menu.
In the window that opens, define the scope of the definition by selecting the checkbox for just Account - Taxes %. Specify a name for your Cell Attribute and click Next.
On the next page, select Hide under Aggregate values.
Click Next and continue through the other options until you are done defining the Cell Attribute. Once finished, you will see that the Taxes % total is no longer visible on the form. In the example below, both Interest % and Taxes % have been configured in this way.
