Connect to VPN Using Azure VPN Client

Introduction

This guide describes how to use the Azure VPN Client to connect to Kepion's VPN.

Pre-Requirements

• Download and install the Azure VPN Client from the Microsoft Store.

• This VPN configuration works only for users in the Kepion Active Directory tenant.

  If you are a Kepion partner or customer who requires VPN access, please contact your Kepion representative for assistance.

Download the VPN

1. Download the VPN zip file from the Kepion Resource Center.

   • When configuring your VPN connection, you should select the region nearest to your physical location for optimal performance.

2. If prompted with the following warning: "Kepion America Hub.xml could harm your device. Do you want to keep it anyway?". Click Keep.

Install the VPN

1. Open the Azure VPN Client.

2. Import the selected profile Azure America Hub.xml file into Azure VPN Client:

   • Click the + symbol

   • Select Import

     

3. Browse to the downloaded XML file and click Open.

4. Select the created connection and click Connect.

   

5. If prompted, log in with your Kepion account.

   

6. Wait until the connection is successfully established.
