Introduction
As a system admin, you can manage Azure users directly in Kepion. Azure users are configured at the environment level.
Note: Azure user management is available only if your environment's authentication mode is set to AZURE_AD_STANDALONE.
In this article, we will show you how to manage Azure users in Kepion, for Kepion-hosted environments.
Add users
1. Go to System > Azure Users.
2. Select Add.
You can either add a single Azure user or import multiple Azure users at once.
Tip: Jump to the Import Users section.
Add a user
1. Enter the target user's email address (user@domain.com) and their name.
2. Select Add.
3. Verify the user has been added. If you do not see it, select Refresh.
Note: You will also need to configure Application permissions for Azure users in the Administrator Module.
Import users
1. Select Import users from the Action dropdown.
Tip: The template makes formatting the csv file quick and easy. We strongly recommend you use it to prevent any import errors.
2. (Optional) Select Download and open the template file.
3. (Optional) Fill out the Name and Email columns as necessary and save the file in a convenient location.
4. Select File and then choose the edited template.
5. Select Add.
6. Verify the users have been added. If you do not see them, select Refresh.
Note: You will also need to configure Application permissions for Azure users in the Administrator Module.
Remove users
1. Select the user(s) checkbox(es) and then Remove.
2. Select OK to confirm removal.
Note: Once an Azure user is removed, they will no longer have access to Kepion.
Rename users
1. Hover over the user and select the edit icon ().
2. Enter the new username.
3. Select Save to confirm the change.
