In this announcement we're excited to bring you some huge improvements and updates to our Support Center. Supporting our partners and customers with relevant and up-to-date resources is essential to us at Kepion, and that's why we've been working hard on a dedicated Support Site!
One of our biggest goals in creating a dedicated Support Site was to consolidate all of our current support and training resources into one location. Within the site you'll find:
- Nearly 200 Support, How To, and Troubleshooting Articles
- Over 20 Video Tutorials
- A host of different written guides, including a revamped Setup Guide, and a brand new Modeler Tutorial
- Sample Applications, to help when building solutions of your own
- And a much improved search feature, to navigate all of the content
In fact, because all of this content is now in one place, when you utilize the search feature in the Support Site you'll be searching the entire database of support content we have. So whether you're looking for the documentation on a specific feature, an example of how to setup a SQL Rule, or a tutorial on building an application from scratch, we have it all in one place.
As Kepion is a constantly evolving product with frequent updates and new features, it's important that our old articles accurately reflect the new software. That's why we've gone through all of our resources and updated the content (and images!) to reflect the current state of Kepion and ensure a consistent level of high quality content across the board.
