07-27-20 | New Process for Submitting Support Requests
Support Process Update
Starting on August 3rd, the process for submitting a support request will be changing. Rather than emailing support@kepion.com directly, we ask that all support requests (product questions, best practices, bug reports, etc.) be submitted through the Kepion Support Center Submit a Request form.
After submitting a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email and then a follow-up response from the same Support Team as always. You will then be able to email back and forth with the agent until your issue is resolved.
Why Are We Making This Change?
We're making this change to better support both Kepion Partners and Customers. Submitting tickets directly through our ticketing system makes it easier to track requests, assign questions to the right people, and gather data to better improve our support process. While support@kepion.com will still be monitored, we will kindly remind all senders to submit their request for support through the Support Center.

If you have any questions or concerns, please review our How to Submit a Ticket article or reach out to us through the Submit a Request form. Until August 3rd, we will continue to respond to all requests (even those submitted in the Support Center) through support@kepion.com, but we encourage you to begin submitting requests through the new process right away.
