One of the issues we regularly have with clients is their asking for support when an application "dissapears" from Kepion.
9 times out of 10 it's their apps "end date" has been reached. Even if we train them on modifying this this happens once every year or so so they tend to forget how to resolve this.
There's ways around this but manually setting an end date to year 9999 or something like that doesn't seem like the best option.
