The Membership node allows administrators to manage the relationships among users, groups, and roles. You can add groups as members of other roles, allowing you to set permissions and restrictions in bulk.
Note: Groups are defined in Windows Active Directory (AD) or Azure AD. You can view but not manage a group's members and memberships in other groups using Kepion.

Follow the instructions below to go to the Membership node for groups.
1. Go to Administrator and select an application.
2. Go to Membership in the left navigation.
3. Select a group from the Configure dropdown.
You will land on the Members tab:
Upon selecting a group to configure, you will land on the Members tab. The column values provide key information about the group's members.
|Name||The name of the member.|
|Label||The member's unique identifier in the environment.|
Note: A group's members are determined by AD. You cannot add or remove a group's members in Kepion.
You can also manage a group's role memberships by going to the Roles tab.
The column values provide key information about the group's members.
|Name||The name of the role.|
|Inherit From||The role the membership is inherited from. Learn more.|
The Roles tab also offers the following actions to manage a group's roles.
Add to Role
Add the group to a role.
Removes the group from the selected role(s).
You can also view a group as a member of other groups by going to the Groups tab.

Note: A group as a member of other groups is determined by AD. You cannot add or remove a group from other groups.
