Forms can be configured with both links and hover-over text by leveraging attributes from a Dimension. Below you can see a Form that's been configured to display the country's currency on-hover, and open to the relevant Wikipedia article if clicked.
To configure the Form above, we first start with a Dimension with the relevant attributes. In the example below, we have the Country dimension with attributes Currency and Website defined:
We can leverage the Dimension on a Form by placing Country on the row.
Next, we can configure the display property to show Name and configure the Attribute for Link and Attribute for Hover as follows:
Once configured, you can optionally format the row header as needed. Now, hover over the countries in the row header and it will display that country’s currency. In addition, if you click on the country it will open the relevant web page.
