Introduction
Kepion's System module is for system administrators ('sys admins') to manage Applications, other system administrators, and the environment as a whole.
The module has three sections/tabs:
- Application
- Administrator
- Configuration
In this overview, we will provide a top-level look at the sections and their functionality.
Before you Start
Click System in the navigation bar to go to the System module.
Application
The Application section enables sys admins to manage the Applications in their environment. You have your actions in the ribbon, a list of all your Kepion Applications on the left, and Application settings on the right:
As the Application list is self-explanatory, let's focus on the actions and settings.
Actions
Save: Saves any system changes made to your Applications.
Refresh: Refreshes the Application list.
Add New: Creates a new Application in your database.
Add Existing: Adds an Application in your database that hasn't been attached to Kepion. Select Discover to see all available Applications. Users often use Add Existing when they have restored an Application database.
Remove: Deletes the selected Application from Kepion, but not the database.
Deploy: Deploys the selected Application.
Application Settings
When you select an Application, you will see its settings in the right pane.

Administrator
The Administrator tab enables sys admins to provide or remove sys admin privileges. Each sys admin will have their own name, label, and sometimes email.
Actions
Add: Provides sys admin privileges to a user in your environment.
Remove: Select a user and then click Remove to revoke sys admin privileges.
Refresh: Refreshes your administrator list.

Configuration
The Configuration tab allows sys admins to set up additional settings for the environment.
