2025

Version 6.1.25149 was released on May 29, 2025.

New features:

  • System Log in the UI: A new System Log component is now available directly in the Kepion interface. Admins and developers can easily view backend logs and trace application behavior without leaving the platform.
  • New Calendar Component: We’ve introduced a modern, responsive calendar component for date selection. It supports improved usability, accessibility, and a cleaner look and feel across the application.

Major bug fixes:

  • Sign-In Button Not Working: We’ve resolved an issue where the sign-in button was intermittently unresponsive for some users. Authentication is now smooth and consistent.
  • OLAP Performance Improvements: Addressed performance degradation caused by recent OLAP changes. Query responsiveness and overall cube interactions have been optimized.
  • Incorrect Text Wrapping: Fixed a layout issue where text wrapping was rendering improperly in certain UI elements. Display formatting should now appear clean and consistent across modules.

Version 6.1.23340 was released on December 6, 2023.

Major bug fixes:

  • Images are exported when using the Export to Excel feature.
  • Any errors when querying forms will show an error message. 
  • MDX errors when querying forms are explained in detail.

  • Default session timeout is now set to 8 hours, by default.
  • Full validation upon save for all data rules, including those without publish components.

  • Run action in SQL Rule pop-up window was not disabled/did not turn gray after Rule has been run.
  • Annotation column appeared in partitions created on custom Measure Groups.
  • Modeler nodes do not appear due to an unsuccessful Kepion upgrade.
  • Dimension Attributes did not retain formatting when exported to Excel.

 

2022

Version 6.1.22269 was released on September 26, 2022.

  • Renamed the default Kepion System database name from CPMAppHost to Kepion_System.
  • Horizontal scrollbar for Forms remains available in Full Screen Mode with smaller browser widths.
  • Remove on Edit Bar deletes Forms properly.

  • Open items in a new tab by right-click and selecting Open in new tab.
  • Additional Time attributions to bolster data configuration.
  • Notification for IE11 users to access Kepion via a modern browser. Kepion 6.1 cannot be used with IE11.
