The User tab allows administrators to manage an app's users. App users can be individual users, roles, or groups. Using the Approval tab, these users can then be added to approval chains for advanced workflows.

Follow the instructions below to go to the User tab.
1. Go to Administrator and select an application.
2. Expand Apps and go to an app.
3. Go to User.
You will land on this page:
View app users
Upon reaching the tab, you will see a list of all the app's users. The column values provide key information about users.
|Assigned||The user, group, or role and their assigned workflow role(s).|
|The email of the user, group, or role.|
Contributors can create new app instances, modify data, and submit changes for approval in advanced workflows.
Adds a user, group, or role as a contributor to the app.
Reviewers can view and comment on app instances but cannot modify data or approve app instances.
Note: The Reviewer action is disabled when the app's Workflow Type is set to Basic in the Configuration tab. Change the setting to Advanced and to add reviewers.
Adds a user, group, or role as a reviewer to the app.
Approvers can modify data and either approve or reject submitted changes.
Note: The Approver action is disabled when the app's Workflow Type is set to Basic in the Configuration tab. Change the setting to Advanced and go to the Approval tab to configure approval chains with reviewers and approvers.
Adds a user, group, or role as an approver to the app.
Remove app users
The User tab offers the following action to remove app users.
Removes the selected user(s) from the app.
